The developer
LWP is established by a group of high net worth real estate investors, a joint venture between Propertyvest UAE and Sand Dollar Antigua experienced resort developers and operators that have brought together the resources necessary to develop the luxury resorts by marrying international best practices with local experience and track record.
The team has completed two resorts in Antigua as well as a number of other developments throughout Europe and the Middle East.
The Autograph Collection
The resort is planned as a luxury boutique hotel branded by the Autograph Collection Hotels. Autograph Collection brand is a member of the Marriott International, it is the industries fasted growing upper upscale/luxury brand.
It will cater to leisure travellers from the region and international markets. It will be a destination project with associated upscale services such as food and beverage outlets, luxury spa and watersport facilities.
